While we welcome walk-ins, we highly recommend booking your seat via the My Kowo Account or My Kowo App to ensure availability. Please note that hot-desking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Multi-Visit Pass holders enjoy access during our standard hot-desking hours, from 9 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Your pass includes a full day of access to ergonomic indoor and outdoor zones, high-speed Wi-Fi, premium pantry amenities (tea/coffee), and professional printing services.
Meeting rooms and private offices are not included in the Multi-Visit Pass. However, as a pass holder, you can book these premium spaces at an additional member rate through the app.
Absolutely. If your work frequency increases, you can upgrade to a Flexi Plan to enjoy unlimited Monday–Saturday access and full 30-day validity. Simply connect with a Kowo team member or visit the front desk to transition your plan.
All billing is final. Once a pass is purchased, it cannot be exchanged or switched. However, you are welcome to purchase a different plan or upgrade to a Flexi Plan once your current credits have been utilised or the validity period has ended.
