Meeting rooms can be booked for a minimum of one hour. For longer sessions, you can extend your booking in 30-minute increments, subject to availability.

Yes, we provide flexible bulk bundles for 6, 8, and 12-hour sessions. These are perfect for intensive workshops or full-day team strategy meetings. Please connect with a Kowo team member to find the best rate for your requirements.

Cancellations are not accepted within 24 hours of the scheduled meeting time, and all billing is final. For requests made outside of this 24-hour window, rescheduling is available and is subject to room availability.
